‘No Man’s Land’ is a fictional designate, that describes an area not assigned to any owner, an area that clearly does not belong to any subject.
Here at the Original Print Gallery, in a unique participatory art installation/ intervention Finnish artist Piia Rossi and a heterogeneous selection of invited collaborators will explore their differing perspectives of a utopian or personal terrain. Their map will be drawn, printed, stamped directly onto the blank canvas of gallery’s walls. The work will be continually evolving over the week, as the collaborators, design, play with and mark the ‘terra incognito.’ The exhibition aims to explore the space between artists and audience, between public and private space and between the emotional and topographical landscapes.
